Hello once again members of MHnC! ^_^

It's been a while since I've done this, hasn't it? Well, have no fear! Your favorite reporter is back and raring to go after her hospital visit!

Ara~? Why was I in the hospital? Umm... let's say that there was an accident after my last interview. ^^;;

Anywho! Today's character interview is: Higashiyama Shihei!

Hello there Shihei-san. ^_^
Shihei: I was told that I am to do some sort of interview... thing... ^^

Why yes, this is an interview. I hope that we can get along well.
Shihei: I hope so too. *rubs neck* Ukitake Taichou wouldn't be too happy to hear about me getting into trouble. Hehe.

I'm sure. Shall we begin?
Shihei: Of course~ *sits down and leans back into a comfy chair*

Ah, you're so pleasant~! Okay, first question: What is your current position in the Gotei Thirteen?
Shihei: I am currently fourth seat in the wonderful Juusanbantai! You really should visit sometime!

I'll be sure to drop by if I get the chance. ^_^ Next: Do you currently have any close friends... or maybe someone that's more than a friend? >w>
Shihei: *coughs and looks away for a second, obviously embarrassed* Hehehe... no, no, no, there isn't anyone that I see as more than just a friend. *takes a short pause* As for close friends... Hmmm, I look at Ukitake-taichou as a close friend, along with the rest of my division. I never really made any friends during my years at the academy and my interactions with shinigami from other divisions have really been too short to form any bonds.

Aww, that's a shame. You should get out more! But moving on: Tell me a little about you zanpakutou there. Just something brief, appearance, name and whatnot. c:
Shihei: You want to know about Kurotadori? Every seems to be curious about her. *reaches beside himself and lifts up the sheathed weapon* The entire zanpakuto is black, down to every last nook and cranny. The blade is a bit weird. The metal is fluorescent, so it reflects a couple of colors in given light. People like to say it's pretty, but to me it's just another weapon used for killing. Not something I particularly like. If you wish to hear about the shikai, I am sorry, but I don't like to talk about it. It's a bit secret~

Wooo~ A guy with a secret~! You know girls like that kind of thing, right? >w>
Shihei: Wh...what!? They... d.do? You're not trying to..get me to tell you...? Are you? *obviously nervous*

It's nothing like that Shihei. :3 Okay, so back to being a little personal. Is there someone who has caught your eye? Don't worry, I won't tell. ^_^
Shihei: *Once again looks away, face a light shade of red* S..someone.. who caught my eye? Uhh.... w.well.. There is one person.

Oh~? Who may that be? owo
Shihei: I am not sure if I really want to tell... *goes silent for a moment* Juubantai-fukutaichou. But not for the reasons most people would think!

Ara~? I'll be sure not to tell her about it then. So, how do you feel about the recent events in Soul Society?
Shihei: It's a bit unsettling to say the least, but I am sure that we will pull through it. We need to be optimistic, regardless of how dark the times are. With Sosuke Aizen betraying us and the recent Hollow attack, things sure do seem pretty grim. But I'm personally hopeful, and I really believe that the rest of my comrades are too.

That's good to know. -peeks into the RP- I see that there's a group heading to the world of the living, are you going along?
Shihei: Yeeeeah. I will be going along with the rest of them. I am not entirely thrilled about it, to be honest. I've never really enjoyed going into the 'living' world.

Any reason why? o.o
Shihei: It just feels weird to me. I don't know why. Maybe it's just the idea of being so far from home.

Understandable~ Well, I wish you a safe trip. Come back in one piece, ne~? So, any closing statements?
Shihei: Thank you! I will do my best not to get too roughed up. Hehe. And if you don't have anymore questions, I think that will be all; other than I hope you and anyone who reads this comes to visit! Ukitake Taichou and the rest of our division will be happy to have you over~
