NAME: Hovan Llevon

APPEARANCE:
Small and slim, Llevon is built for speed and agility. Like his older brother, his hair is bright red and spiky (with the addition of two very long strands going down on each side of his face), although he doesn't have his brother's blue eyes or tan skin, but rather fiery red eyes and light skin with a red tattoo on the right side of his face. His ears are large and come to a point at the top and the tips of his elongated canine teeth just poking out from under his upper-lip. His horns, which is all that remains of his mask, are slender, sharply pointed and are always present on his forehead. He wears relative little clothing. Red semi-lose fitting shorts that go down to just above the knee. Llevon wears various metal accessories, such as a belt with spikes on one side, a large collar, and a bracelet on each arm.
PERSONALITY: First impressions of Llevon are never typically good. Llevon tends to appear cocky and easily excited, for good or bad. He seems very compulsive, appearing to jump into battle without hesitation or into dangerous situations without knowing of the possible consequences. Assumptions with him are typically always wrong. Llevon is very calculating; he rarely goes into any situation without knowing what there is to be known. While the cocky part is true, he isn't as easily excited as he appears, it typically takes a lot to get under his skin unless the person is just right. He is nothing like his brother when it comes to dealing with other people. He does have the capacity to care about others, and will mourn the loss of a comrade/friend if the situation arises. While his manners are not perfect, they are at least there. He shows respect where it is deserved and disrespect when it is needed. He may seem cold/mean in his speech, but that is because he trusts almost no one, and is almost always on the fence with it comes to wars between Shinigami and Hollows. (He does tend to lean towards Shinigami 65 - 70% of the time) He has an easier time trusting Shinigami than his own, but his encounters with them are rare and few, but he isn't unheard of among a few within the Gotei.
ZANPAKUTOU: Fuerza Negra is a very lightweight, plainly decorated katana. The blade is dull copper in color with teiku (take) etched into the blade in katakana just below the tsuba. The tsuba itself is silver with no decoration what so ever. The tsuka is wrapped in a black leather wrap. It is strapped to Llevon's back in a fashion similar to Hitsugaya, but reversed because Llevon is left handed.
Resureccion: Kirifusete, Fuerza Negra. I since Llevon's resureccion is always half-released, when he actually goes to release it, the physical transformation is very basic and changes him very little. His eyes turn golden orange in color and he sprouts small wings out of his back midway as his finger and toe nails grow into claws. The sword itself splits into two long katana, the katana play a special roll in his abilities. Over all he just takes on a more beastly appearance. It's what the resureccion does to his abilities that attention should be paid.
Resureccion abilities:
Reiatsu Negativo (Negative Reiatsu) : Llevon has a very unique reiatsu which absorbs instead of releases. It's effect is dependent on how close his proximity is to those around him and their level of reiatsu. Taichou level shinigami and Arrancar level hollow gets 10% of their reiatsu absorbed. Fukutaichou only 5%, and any lower is 2.5%. This level of effectiveness is valid up to 880 yards (2640 ft). Those numbers are reduced by one half for everyone half-mile following. If the "host" is willing, Llevon can absorb up to 50% of reiatsu. Absorbed reiatsu is stored as reiryoku until he uses it, which is almost always immediate but he does store whatever is left over from battle. This is what gives him his immense reiryoku and reiatsu.
A side effect if this "negative" reiatsu is that he cannot be hurt nor healed by kido. Since kido is essentially condensed reiatsu, the energy is absorbed and in turn stored.
Manipuladora Reiatsu (Manipulative Reiatsu): Fuerza Negra's two katana form allows Llevon to manipulate his reiatsu, making it so he can throw and expand the fiery energy however he wants as long as he has at least one of the two katana on his person.
Enhanced strength, hierro, and maneuverability: Llevon's speed and maneuverability in his normal unreleased form rivals that of a taichou, but in his resureccion form it is just extreme. He has torn his own wings from changing direction suddenly at high speeds. His heirro is increased, but it lacks compared to his brother Diran's.
HISTORY: Llevon was born as a human almost half a century ago during the tail end of the Muromachi period. His birth was an accident, his parent's never intended on having a second child. Life was already hard for the family who were not natives to the country. They were stranded there by shipwreck because of a freak storm. Saved by some local villagers the family was taken in only for a short amount of time before being sent on their way. Llevon became the only bright light in the family's life.. at least for the parents. Diran soon became jealous of all the attention that was being taken away from him. It was a jealously that would someday turn to anger, and eventually hate. From the very beginning Llevon showed that he was very intelligent, able to walk and talk before he turned two, and started to read when he was three. Because Llevon was growing up around native Japanese, he was assimilating into their culture with relative ease, something that gave his parents hope that their son would someday be able to provide them all with a good life. Diran, who was ten years older than Llevon hated that he was put second to an accident. By the time Llevon turned five, Diran was desperate to gain his father's acceptance. He joined a militia to make some money for the family and despite this; their father still didn't see Diran as anything more than what he was, troubled and jealous of a small boy. Ten more years went by, Llevon was now fifteen and working at a local blacksmith. The blacksmith left the shop in Llevon's care while he went out to deliver some orders. The young teen had no reason to be worried; the smithy did this every day, so business was going as it always had. Diran burst into the shop drunk. This isn't the first time Llevon has seen his brother drunk. Trying to calm Diran down, all he did was upset the irrational man. The older backhanded the younger hard enough to knock him back. This started a scuffle that resulted in Diran getting extremely violent. He picked up the teen and slammed him back up against the wall, impaling him on two large hooks. Llevon died three hours later after losing too much blood. Wracked with anger from such betrayal, Llevon's soul soon became a hollow, and from there the rest is history.
OTHER: Llevon’s resume is quite impressive, he is a master hand-to-hand combat, sonido master, proficient with cero and bala, enhanced vision, high-speed regeneration, and immense spiritual power. However he isn’t very skilled with garganta nor heirro. His Heirro is average at best, able to block a fukutaichou to weak captain sword slash.
Llevon's reiatsu is reddish-orange.
Unlike the vast majority of Arrancar, Llevon ascended to his level naturally though centuries of work.
