Classic anime!

I've been on a bit of an old series kick since last night - watched the first DVD of The Vision of Escaflowne and most of the first DVD of Cowboy Bebop, and I'm about to put in Fushigi Yuugi now. There's plenty of more recent series I love, sure, but classic anime are some of my favorites...so what are your favorite older series? <3
