Amai looked around the street making sure there wasn't any trouble around. She hated being cornered by gangs and tall strong people. It scared her even though they were usually around her age but it just wasn't her things to be connected to gangs and bag people who beat innocent people for no reason.
"Oh my!"She squeaked when she bumped into somebody. She looked at the person apologetically.
"Oh I'm sorry!"She apologized and scrambled away and into the small market. She went over into the candy aisle.Looking at the different items that she could get for her little sister.Grabbing cow tales, rock candy and ring pops and put them in the basket she had grabbed as she stepped into the market. She grabbed some chips too.She walked over to the meat section. She grabbed two medium sized packages of sir lion steak. She smiled and grabbed some spices to put on the steak. She walked over to the drinks and looked at the choices.
"Ahh!I can't figure out which ones i should get for us!"She groaned as she continued to stare at the drinks. She sighed and pulled out her phone from her front pocket. She searched through her contacts and called her home. She heard her little sister's voice on the other side.
"Hey what do you want to drink for tonight's supper?"She asked her little sister. She smiled when she heard her sister's reply.
"Okay thanks for helping me out on this one!I'll be home soon.Bye."She replied and hung up shutting her phone. She slipped in back into her pocket and opened the door. She grabbed two cold java coffees and set them into the basket carefully. She went to the fruit and vegetable section and looked at the choices. She pulled out her list of foods to get for supper tonight.Looking down the list she checked the things she had in the basket off in her mind.
"Hopefully this supper will taste good!I don't want my imoto-chan hating it!"She cried as she continued to look at the list.If her Imoto-chan hated her cooking she was doomed to be a good mother and big, older responsible sister.

Si-Joon wandered into the market with a list and calculator in hand. It was grocery day again and he'd almost completely forgot! It was a good thing his mother called to remind him to pick something up, she'd be visiting the next day and she needed something to cook for dinner. The Korean loved going shopping for food because he knows what to pick up for the best, but cheapest ingredients. Even his own mother is impressed with the quality of the things he buys for such a low total.
Walking up and down each aisle, he picked up items he needed, occasionally looking back over his list to make sure it was the correct item. This was done repetitively until he had all of the minor things he needed in his hand basket. Now, it was time to look at some meat!
The teen strolled casually to the meat section of the market, checking out the prices on the beef and pork cuts. He lightly poked at the packages to get a feel of the raw texture and to make sure that it didn't leave a sticky-looking residue on the wrapping when it returned back in place. It'd be bad for him to pick up bad meat, though he knew this shop was very reliable with its stock.
Once he'd picked up a couple of packages of beef, pork, and one package of chicken, Si-Joon headed off to his favorite place in the store, the snack aisle! His budget, along with his allowance, allowed him to purchase sweets at least three weeks out of each month. Despite having a sweet tooth, he was pretty good at keeping his candy stash at a fairly decent level.
His eyes lit up each time he visited this section. His favorite candy was anything that was chocolate. Milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate, it was all good to him. He liked other candies as well, gummy bears and the like, but nothing compared to the almighty chocolate!
Deciding on a few candy bars that he normally picked up, he slipped them into his basket followed by a box of snack cakes he'd have to hide away from his sisters. If those two found it, they'd ruin their appetite for dinner, cause problems due to being hyper, and most importantly, he'd have to go buy another!
On his way to the checkout, Si-Joon passed by a girl who was wearing the Karakura High school uniform. He'd seen her before, hadn't he? She did look familiar, but he couldn't pinpoint it. This was going to bother him until he knew for certain. What better way to do that than actually approaching? It definitely couldn't hurt, he thought as he walked up behind her and lightly tapped her to get her attention. With a polite bow and a smile, he asked, "You're from Karakura High, right? I've seen you before, but I don't think I know your name."

Amai sighed and shook her head.Feeling a tap on her shoulder, she turned around to see a boy who appears younger than her.She smiles and nods her head to the first question.
"Ah i've seen you too,my name is Amai.Your name is..Si-Joon i think?"She replied with a 'Im thinking' look plastered onto her face trying to remember what her friend told her of the boy in front of her.Her friend had said his name was Si-Joon and was at the age of 14 and a complete geek. She didn't mind and actually thought it was fairly rude to call him a geek.So he maybe smart but that isn't a reason to call someone a geek just because of it. Amai shifted the basket that hung on her left arm a bit.It was slightly uncomfortable and it was a pain.Even though she had to get home soon to cook she thought it would seem rude to just give her name to him and rush off without having a nice conversation with him.She could feel her phone vibrating in her pocket with a little chime telling her someone had texted her.
"So what brings you to the market?"She asked and again felt her phone vibrate and chime of another text.An annoyed look stuck to her face as she flung her phone out of her pocket. She opened it and read the two text messages. In warp-speed she replied and put her phone back into her pocket still annoyed by the fact that her okaa-san had to text her twice due to the fact she was inpatient and sick of waiting for Amai to reply.
She sighed and smiled at him hoping that he didn't hate her for texting someone while she was talking to him.She liked having people like her and be her friend.Having friends meant more time-taking practice to protect them. But some friends could protect themselves but needed help to so it was what Amai enjoyed about having friends. They comforted you, cheered you up,stood by you during the rough and dark times.Which Amai did with some many people it seemed like everyone knew her but many didn't know her.And they judged her when they haven't even met her or seen her much less talk to her to get to know her better. She really hated that about people.Everyone was judge mental but Amai took the time to know people before judging them.

Having finished his kendo club activities, Haku was free for the remainder of the afternoon. Not having at home waiting for him, the student contemplated what he wanted to do next. Go sit in a movie? Nah, he had already listened to all the new pictures that seemed even minutely interesting. Letting out a long sigh of defeat, he had started to make his return trip home. Taking the metro during this time of day was nearly impossible, so walking across town it was.
As Haku closed the gap between him and his destination, a thought popped into his head. What if Dachi and Si-Joon were just as bored as he was? Not knowing their club activities made it a gamble, but he pulled out his phone and started to text away, first with Daichi. After waiting a few minutes and receiving no answer, he sent a message to his other friend.
It read as this:
"Si-Joon. 'Sup? I'm done with club stuff and bored out of my mind. I was wonderin if you'd want to meet up some place. Daichi isn't replyin so don't bother with him. lol"
Flipping his phone shut, Haku sat down on bench and waited for a reply; figuring it'd be better to stay stationary while waiting. He didn't want to move further away from where he had to go.

Wow! She'd actually heard of him?! It wasn't often that an upperclassmen had actually heard of him. This made him smile just a bit. He nodded in response, bowing slightly as he formally introduced himself.
"I'm Yum Si-Joon, yes," he said happily, his smile disappearing as he watched the older of the two quickly open her phone in a rush and roughly tap out a text. "Oh, a-am I holding you up Amai-senpai? If you have somewhere else to be, then it's fine."
The last thing he wanted to do was hold someone up from doing something important. Goodness knows that he wouldn't want it to happen to him. Though judging from her expression, whomever sent her the text was not that favorable at the moment. Still, he'd hate to stifle anything she may need to be doing at the moment. However, before he could excuse himself properly, his own cell phone vibrated and a rock song ringtone played muffled by the fabric of his pocket.
It was a text as well, from his older friend Haku no less! Excusing himself with another polite bow and taking out his cell, he slid the keyboard out and prepared to respond, but decided on calling him instead. In regards to their other friend, Daichi, Si-Joon chuckled softly. The other teen rarely answered his phone, so he'd always relied on Haku for that. Dialing the number, he waited to for the click that connected him to his friend.
"Hey, Sempai? It's Si-Joon!" he said into the receiver. "I'm at the market 'cause my Ma reminded me to pick up some groceries. She's coming over tomorrow to cook for me. Wanna meet me here and we can go hang after? It is Friday, ne?"

She looked up at him a puzzeled look on her face.Sure her sister was getting impatient but she knew better than to speak up to Amai.Amai is the oldest and pays for he education and keeps the roof over her head.So it was that reason her little sister holds her tongue with her.
"Oh don't worry about it.My imoto-chan can wait a little while longer."She told him still smiling. She didn't mind being held up.She actually thought it was pretty cool to talk to someone who was younger than her. Most of her friends were in her grade and sometimes it got annoying to be with the same people all the time.Though she really did love her friends it's nice to have a break from them once and a while you know? She blinked when she heard rock song sounded and watched as Si-Joon pulled out his phone. She smiled at him when he bowed politely at her before calling this person who had text him.
"Wonder who he's talking too.Seems to be the person is older than him."She mumbled to herself before pulling out her chapstick and rubbing some onto her almost dried lips. Her golden eyes watched Si-Joon as he talked to the person on the other side of the line. She smiled at the chance to make sure she had everything she needed at the moment in the basket. She fingered through the contents of the basket before looking at the list and smiled knowing she had most of the things she needed.
Amai turned around and quickly picked up two boxes of pocky and stuffed them into the basket. One was for her imoto-chan and the other for her.She never told anyone that she liked pocky since it was something she had in common with her imoto-chan.They both liked chocolate covered pocky. She turned back around when she heard 'meet me here' coming out of Si-Joon's mouth. She tilted her head to the left and with confused eyes stared at him.She wondered what he was planning on doing with his friend.

Haku jumped with a slight startle by the sound of his phone's ringer blaring out a rather obnoxious tune set by none other than Si-Joon himself. He reached into his pocket to pull out the phone, flipping it open in one fluid motion. "Hi Si-Joon. The market? Yeah, I can meet you there. I have nothin' planned for later so we can hang out. See ya in a few."
Standing up from the bench, Haku stretched as he closed the phone, stuffing it back into his pocket before making his way off towards the store. Two blocks west, one block and three doors north; the way to the market was simple enough. Haku had remembered it even though he rarely frequented the establishment. Knowing how to get there was useful for occasions such as this.
It'd only take several minutes for Haku to walk the few blocks, cutting through a couple of alleyways along the way helped cut the time, but never the less he arrived soon after his short call with Si-Joon. He entered the market, the door letting out a cliche jingle as it was opened and shut; alerting the owner to his presence.
"Si-Joon?" Not being able to distinguish his friends from everyone else within the building, he had no choice but to call out. This tactic tended to draw attention to himself, not that he noticed nor cared>

After hearing his name called out, Si-Joon turned in the direction from which he heard the voice. He saw Haku standing at the door, looking around. Most likely searching for him.
"Sempai, I'm over here!" he called back waving his arm in a fruitless attempt to help the blind teen find him. "Ah, Amai-senpai, let me introduce you to my friend before you leave. Is that okay?"
The young Korean give the older girl a light smile as he waited for his friend to join them.
(( Sorry for the short, crappy post. .___. ))

Daichi strolled down the sidewalk, finished with work early. A cookie hung from his mouth as he nibbled on it, his fingers busy with his cell phone. He heard it ring earlier but hadn't gotten to check it until now. It was Haku; he was bored. Daichi laughed to himself. The text wasn't that long ago, Haku might still be available. He dialed his friend and waited, finishing off his marshmallow chocolate chip cookie.
"Hafu?" He coughed around his mouth full of cookie. He choked the rest of it down before continuing, "You still wanna hang out? I was at work. I got off early though! Just tell me where to meet ya~"

Upon hearing his friend's voice, Haku changed direction and started to make his way across the store towards Si-Joon. It seemed that his friend was always so upbeat. "Hello Si-Joon." The teen greeted happily as he walked up to embrace his friend. "What do you have in mind for us la...."
Haku's voice trailed off as his phone began to ring. Looking puzzled, he reached into his pocket once again and pulled out his phone. "Hello?" His voice sounded slightly bewildered, but only for a moment. "Hey Daichi. Still wanna hang out? Of course! Umm, you can meet me at the market. Si-Joon is here too. We can figure out what the three of us can do once you arrive~"

Amai looked up at him from staring at her basket and smiled.
"It's alright with me,Si-Joon."She said still smiling. She looked over when she heard footsteps and a male voice. She recognized the face of the guy but didn't say anything. Now if only she could put a name to the face though. She blinked when the guy answered his phone talking to someone. 'Must be a friend of his and Si-Joon's.'She thought tilting her head to the side a bit.
She felt the vibrations of her phone as it began to ring and pulled her phone out. She glared at it once she saw that it was her sister calling her. She silenced her phone and placed it back inside her pocket. She'll deal with her sister later but right now she was busy talking, or well standing here with friends. She knew Si-Joon for maybe twenty minutes and already considered the young boy a friend of hers. 'AHA! Kohaku Hiroharu! That who he is!' She thought finally remembering the white haired boy's name.
"Well you surely have a few people to talk to."Amai said but a smile was still on her face. She didn't mind that the boy was on the phone talking. She giggled and stood there waiting patiently for Kohaku, or as she had overheard Haku, to finish talking to his friend on the phone. She thought it was ironic that she was meeting two boys from her school at the market.
[[Sorry for not replying for a long time v..v!So busy with family and school stuff.]]

Daichi arrived at the market not long after ending the conversation with Haku, taking a shortcut across town. The ten minute trek through the next two blocks was a long one to Daichi, who realized that cramming down a chocolate and marshmallow cookie, ( no matter how delicious it was.) just wasn't a great idea. He would kill for a glass of milk!
His pace quickened with the resolve that refreshments weren't far.
Finally making it to the desired shop, Daichi granted himself sweet victory, making a beeline

for the cold sodas. He guzzled one down immediately, making note to not forget to pay for it before leaving.
Now that he wasn't going to die, Daichi went looking for his friends.
