Still no explanation of how Isshin could use Getsuga Tenshou, but there was a lot going on in a few pages this week. I liked how it was more drama than action...honestly, I'm having a hard time figuring out exactly how to react.  ; I'm going to be completely biased here and just say right now that Aizen got SEXY, and I've never thought he was sexy before. I blame the long hair. And Gin's still as confusing as ever...and Isshin's still awesome. <3 Really looking forward to seeing him and Ichigo fight together! That said, I said this a while ago but I don't think I ever posted it on here. I figured Aizen would get through before he'd get defeated, and I STILL think Ryuuken is in the real Karakura, and he'll be ready to kick ass as soon as they get there. <3 COME OOON, RYUUKEN, WE'VE BEEN WAITING SINCE BEFORE THE HUECO MUNDO ARC STARTED. Chapter made me kinda speechless too. But I has something to say... Kubo's art is DAMN pretty. D8 I want it to go back to everyone else before they get into new shit in Karakura. XD I'M FEELING A BIT DEPRIVED. I forget where everyone is. Besides, Ichi and Ishhin need help.  ...And one more thing. NEED. BATSHIT BERRY. SERIOUSLY, WHY ISN'T HE KICKING ICHIGO'S ASS FOR BEING SCARED SHITLESS. |

It IS damn pretty. I'm not sure when it got so damn pretty. D: He's really, really gotten amazing at pacing and panel choices and expressions. Holy shit, the EXPRESSIONS. ; I didn't think we'd ever see Ichigo give up, because he never once has in over 400 chapters...and that expression said it all, that he actually DID. Batshit berry? XD I think that's a new one. And I don't think he really CARES if Ichigo's scared, he just wants the control for himself. He'd probably just use it to his advantage to take over, if anything. >_> |

Well yeah, but he gave temporary control to Ichi after the defeated him in the Vizard arc. I would think he'd be pretty pissed if Ichi were about to give up. Where's that resolve, Ichi! ;O;

I, personally, got highly disappointed from the latest chapter. It just proved that Kubo's getting obsessed with Aizen's power currently... And also, the only remaining moment for Ryuuken to actually appear is on the next chapter, as on that one Rangiku or Kira will open the Senkai Gate for Ichigo and Isshin, and I do really hope though believe it won't happen, Urahara and Yoruichi too. Their appearance in this fight was way too short to be over yet, if you ask me. I count in the Vaizard troop in this too, as Hachi's currently healing Hiyori and Shinji as I recall.
That aside, I do have to admit - Aizen's new appearance makes him a new Bishi that's added to the series. It is, as stated and obviously, to blame the long hair and black eyes. But, if this means what I think it means, Aizen just became sort of an Inner Hollow, like Ichigo in Vasto Lord after breaking through the mask.
Ichigo was always not giving up, but I saw that expression on his face before. If I recall right, it was when he was attacked by Grand Fisher in the very early stages of the series. But sure, Isshin is completely GAR and should have beaten Aizen all by himself when he had that strange crystal form. He did kick Aizen's ass without any effort almost at all when he was still as a Shinigami.
