You people should check out this manga/novel. American made, it was adapted from an actual series by the writer.

It's a cross between vampire hunting and Greek with a little bit of Norse mythology. Possibly more. Add that in with a little bit of Anne Rice characters and you get Dark Hunters. It is epic. I've yet to read the actual novels, but I'm getting them first chance I get.

So these dark hunters were picked up across the ages, human warriors that were offered a deal by Artemis. They hunt down vampires to protect humanity. So lots of Gods, special powers, and dark backgrounds to be had by all. <3

So the first 2 manga follow this one very good dark hunter, and then the next two follow a pal DH of his.

There's a lot more than that, like this one character, their leader. He's got some big dark background that ties in bit by bit. He's just awesome. He makes me think of Anne Rice's characters....

It's an american-made thing, sooo... No translations or anything, and there's official sites all over the place. I don't think you're gonna be able to catch it online. ;

My library had it. I'd see if any others did. Could prolly even ask for it.

Or you could always just read the novels? ; I'm sure they'd have THAT.

SOOO. I finally got those novels. The first 5 or so.

Good lord, the SMUT. The titles alone were embarrassing for me to bring home. XD
A fic or two I can handle, but damn. Talk about a steamy series.

...Anywho. I still love it. <3 I'd suggest actually reading the novels first, it's got a whole novel ahead of the manga. So there's a few things in there that refer to it.

So who's actually interested in it? I was thinking... if I could do it decently, I could try to scan them myself. Wouldn't be top quality, but... <.<;
